REAL Foundation was founded by, Mr. Sim Quan Seng, Mr. Kee Keok Kuay and Mr. Ee Ching Wah. Having benefited from a good education themselves, they wanted to give back to society by bringing hope to the under-privileged children through education.

They are also the founders of R.E.A.L Education Group which was started in 1985. It is the largest & most professional integrated education institution in Malaysia which comprises of 33 kindergartens, 4 private schools, 2 international school, and a creative college with an overall of 9000 students and 900 staffs.
